Errors that prevent microsites from publishing or loading correctly.
Error: "Domain not verified"
Your CNAME record has not propagated yet or was entered incorrectly.
- Use MXToolbox DNS Lookup tool to check:
CNAME lookup for your-subdomain.yourcompany.com. It should resolve to lgai.io. - If it does not resolve: verify the CNAME record in your DNS provider settings exactly matches what the platform showed (case-sensitive, no trailing dots).
- If it resolves correctly but the platform still shows "Not Verified": click Verify again. Propagation timing sometimes causes the platform check to run before propagation completes.
Error: SSL certificate not provisioning
SSL is provisioned automatically after domain verification. If it is showing as "Pending SSL" for more than 2 hours after domain verification: contact support with your domain name. The certificate provisioning service may need to be triggered manually.
Error: Form submissions not sending to CRM
After form submission, check: Microsite → [Page] → Form → Submissions log. If submissions appear in the log but not in CRM:
- CRM connection may have expired — re-authorize at Settings → Integrations
- Field mapping may have a required CRM field that has no form field mapped to it
- Check the field mapping and add any missing required fields to the form
